I grew up in France but came to Canada at the age of 16 on a student exchange program to learn English.  This program changed my life and started my personal development journey!  I became a Canadian permanent resident at the age of 19. Leadership has always been in me but did not embrace it until 2007 when I had my first “A-HA” moment.

On a professional level, I have held managerial positions for the past 20 years, mentoring and building confidence.

On a personal level, I have recovered from an emotionally abused relationship that left me to understand what narcissistic personality disorder (NPD) is and how victims are left with nothing. Rebuilding oneself takes time but self-esteem can be regained if you do not stay in the victim mode.
